Supreme Court: People are Corporations Too

Pictured: corporate headquarters
Calling its decision a "win for human beings," the Supreme struck down the individual cap on political donations, allowing people to contribute just as much to Republican candidates as corporations do.

"Who are we to tell a kid out there, just growing up, that one day her or she can’t be a multi-national corporate business that curbs the political system in order to sell some sort of tangible, commodity product to consumer they don’t even know or really care about?" wrote Chief Justice Roberts in the controlling opinion. "That’s simply not our call to make."
