Following a recent rash of journalist brieheadings, the US is stepping up its  efforts to combat the MICE-IS terrorist organization in Syria and Iraq, with President Obama calling for increased gruyere strikes against key oil fields and weapons depots.

MICE-IS, a militant group of Bluenni Muslim rodents, aims to establish an Islamic califeta in the Middle East, under the rule of strict Chevreia law. Known for its uniquely brutal tactics, MICE-IS has been condemned by the Muslim community at large, and even by other militant Islamic rodent groups; Ayman al-Zawahiri, current leader of al-Queso, recently described MICE-IS actions as "munsterous."
